Passive House California (PHCA) and the City of Palo Alto are pleased to bring to you Intro to Zero Net Energy (and Beyond): Design Tools and Strategies for Residential Buildings, a half-day workshop.

• The training will showcase the transition to all-renewable energy building design, discussing how to do it and what it takes.

• In addition to an in-depth overview of design, engineering, and management strategies, there will also be a discussion of Palo Alto and California-specific requirements, regulations, and best practices.

• The workshop will close with a panel discussion featuring architects, homeowners, and the City of Palo Alto Planning Department discussing in-the-field case studies of what worked and what didn't.
