Clarum Homes is finishing their second Passive House project, this one in Palo Alto, and will be hosting an Open House in collaboration with PHCA-Silicon Valley.  Please join PHCA members Sean Misskelley and Katy Hollbacher for a tour and special presentation on this Passive House project, which features Advanced Framing wall construction, SIPS roof, triple-pane windows, heat recovery ventilation, a mini-split heat pump, and solar PV and water heating. Free to members, $10 donation to PHCA-SV for non-members. Refreshments included!

We will screen ‘Passive Passion’ by Charlie Hoxie and ‘Passive House Comes Home’ from the creators of the award winning film ‘The Power of Community’ (2006) at the Arthur Morgan Institute for Community Solutions.
