This four unit, five story building is the first multi-family Passive House project in San Francisco. Equipped with an extensive photovoltaic (PV) roof canopy and copious battery storage (3 13 kW Tesla Powerwalls per unit), Sol-Lux Alpha is intended to function as a "Nano-grid," with ample surplus power for vehicle charging.
