We are building a house in Calistoga using extreme attention to efficiency. Our design includes t-studs, Zip sheathing, and a geothermal heat loop with an ERV. We are having trouble finding framers who want to work with such a design and are trying to network to connect with professionals who are interested in high-performance building.
