Presenter
Steve Mann, a long-time owner/designer/builder, is a certified Passive House Consultant, Tradesperson, Trainer, and building Certifier with the Passive House Institute. His two most recent design/build projects in Berkeley, California are Net Zero Energy (NZE), and both LEED Platinum and Passive House certified. He has held a variety of sustainability-related certifications (LEED AP+ Homes and Green Rater, California HERS Rater and Certified Energy Analyst). He now works exclusively on Passive House projects.
