The upcoming Project Spotlight is bringing you a milestone in energy-efficient construction in Latin America: Chile’s first certified Passive House office. With a surface area of 142 m², the project demonstrates that the Passivhaus standard can also be successfully applied to small-scale commercial buildings and across diverse climatic contexts in Latin America. It serves as an important example when fighting the stereotype that Passive House only works in cold climates.…
